Seek truth from divinely appointed sources

Here are links to some divinely appointed sources that can help you find truth:
1. http://www.mormonnewsroom.org/ where the Church clarifies information regarding various issues of public interest related to the Church and corrects partial or incorrect information being spread through the media.
2. http://topics.lds.org The Gospel Topics essays contain valuable and forthright information on many difficult historical and doctrinal issues.

3. To do a safe search on google, in the search field, type "site:lds.org" followed by a space and then your search.  This will limit your search to hits on lds.org.  For instance, your whole search string could be "site:lds.org prophets and apostles" and this will search for posts about prophets and apostles on lds.org.  This is also very helpful when you are trying to find a scripture or a talk but you can't remember the exact words or phrases.

4. Guide to the Scriptures  This is one of the best kept secrets for searching and understanding the scriptures.  It's like a Topical Guide and Bible Dictionary all rolled into one for all of the standard works.
